The season ender was in October 28 2023 and it still has not even started to air.
Discovery is quiet on the subject with no marketing or advertising of the season/episodes.

Anyone in to this shit, or know wtf is going on besides media being media...

I know we don't like reality TV but this was a actual race series in real life and since it was for TV its really confusing to not air the fuckin footage...

Big Chief is having issue hanging with a supra. And I can't even get it to run right.
He hasn't been on any Discovery production in over a year, he's not missed IMO.

I really liked where the npk show was going, less drama and more racing even having real "qualifying" to make the show.

Last I heard they moved the season to Disc Plus
I haven't heard that. Last I heard was they were supposed to release the airing schedule in the beginning of Feb, but looks like that hasn't happened.

I was hearing a lot that the next season wasn't even going to be put on TV.. Whether that means streaming only or live only wasn't clear.

They moved the shit all around during the last season, some episodes where on Discovery, some on D+ it was really random and too much BS for me.

People still watch that garbage? It isn't racing, its a fucking reality show. No drama my ass. Cough, cough.... Musi family

You live in the no prep racing capitol of the country and you are watching this TV bullshit? :lmao:

You need to bring your ass to the Small Tire Gangster race April 12th & 13th at Yellow Belly. That's real no prep racing unlike the glued tracks that NPK runs on. There is a reason you don't see the NPK racers outside of the TV show racing and its because they can't actually get their cars to go down an actual no prep track.....

They still have the roundy round dirt track next to it? Been years since I been drunk and spectating down in that part of town.

Nope, he's busy sticking to his roots (street racing) and collecting royalties from the show he walked away from that puts fuck you money in his pocket. Justin isn't the least bit stupid.

It's there but hasn't been used in years.

I freakin love YB. There isn't another track like that in the country, it's the most "illegal street race" place I've ever been to in my life and I've been to more than a few of those. :smokin:

I will be watching from Gold Bar Wa.
Yellow Belly is great would like to visit sometime.
At 3:53:20 some trucks drag racing

I just watched part of a Cooper Bogetti podcast featuring Beaterbomb and they talked about NPK being canceled. So I guess it's over.....

Oh hell yeah, it's almost like being back in the htown street racing scene in the old days. Except with less shootings...most of the time.

What's that dudes story?
I watched him and his wife got to Bradenton the other day and that was his first Fuel experience which seemed odd but I don't really know how he's in "motorsports" at all.

He used to work for Cleetus, left and started his own racing channel, made mediocre car content, and started a podcast thats working out pretty well

He does that TX2K and FL2K roll racing stuff best I can tell.

I don't normally watch his podcasts but a 6min clip popped up on my YT feed of him interviewing Joey Heikel, aka Beaterbomb that said something about NPK rumors so I clicked on it. They said season 6 was filmed but Discovery dropped the show and Pilgrim is trying to sell it to another channel but having no luck. If Pilgrim doesn't manage to get themselves a buyer for it all those guys with NPK cars are screwed. Those cars don't fit into any other class of drag racing and are unique to the show so they now have very expensive paper weights.

Yeah, kinda sketchy place. Buddy saw a guy race a Honda on foot there.

I need to make the trip to yellow belly. It looks like a good time.

Cooper has a camaro with a 2J in it

Meh. I quit watching when they went no prep. Regardless of the scripted off-street antics, at least the races were on the street.

It's a mixed crowd ain't it.

The main attraction for me was the wife enjoyed it, had a favorite driver etc.
She doesn't care about drag racing other wise...

NHRA does such a bad job of capitalizing on their talent you are either a die hard drag race fan or they don't have anything for you imo.

Street outlaws is just WWE for people who pretend to know about cars. I dont know how people watch it, but have co workers who will fight you over it.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I actually prefer and like the NPK series to the "street" version of the show.

I like it enough that I was going to go to a race this year. Now I probably won't.

JJ and his "crew" are the ones I couldn't stand.

Agreed, once the jj chase is a race shit started it was really fuckin hokey imo.

Likewise street racing with tire crack shit is kind of hokey too, we really gonna cry about a tire crack when the car doesn't move?
