had the same issue, first submission gave me a blank confirmation page so I did it again. Was able to dig back and get the WebID for the first submission in my browsing history - that one shoes as approved. The second was rejected as a duplicate.
That was exactly how mine went, their website is kinda shitty.
Yeah same here though they have not denied me yet that I know of.
