We're just doing things like usual. Buying friends and influence with power and weapons.

Yep, everybody is getting rid of a lot of old soviet era trash. Looks like the latest versions of the Leopard 1 was refit in the early to mid 80s.
 
Is it me or is it basically a proxy war with countries giving weapons to Ukraine to fight the "war" with Russia?

Exactly what it is. No one cares about Ukraine but they want to fight Russia. Also the banks want some long term loan payments for a Ukraine reconstruction.

Blackrock and JP Morgan already ave the contracts.

The MIC makes a shit ton of money during the war. The banking industry makes a shit ton of money on the rebuild. American taxpayers likely end up picking up the tab on both.

That doesn't really seem like "capitalism" to me but that's the idea of capitalism we're sold today.

man if thats the case, the world is poking a very big angry bear. are they pushing russia to detonate a nuke? because thats where its going to.

how do you fight several opponents at once? you cant. and once they do, they will be labeled the ultimate evil.

If? It's been blatantly obvious since the get go that this is 100% a proxy war. We're out to try to cripple Russia and betting that they'll just quietly go to their demise without using all resources to prevent that. Helluva risky bet IMO.
