There were 154M total votes in 2020. Now heavily concentrate those union and family votes in a handful of rust belt states and you start to understand the power of the union vote. Trump won in '16vin huge part because Hillary failed to get historically normal union Democratic votes because she took them for granted and Trump actively targeted them where Republicans historically haven't because they're assumed blue votes. It was one of the ways that having an outsider helped. Your career Republicans wouldn't have targeted those union votes because they "know" they're gonna vote blue no matter who. Trump was like why? Fuck that. Let's go try to get those votes. And he did.

I get that, but how can it be explained that the "Union vote shifted to Biden", then? Not starting an arguement or anything, just talking.
 
That's political talking points like you hear from that assclown the WH press sec. Officially the unions are D. Period. Rank and file may feel different, but the AFL/CIO and unions are 100% political creatures and solid D votes.

Trump's judicial appointments and NLRB were pretty much anti-union across the board. He didn't do much to keep the union votes he earned in '16. Trump got 43% of union household votes in 2016. Republican norm is generally in the high 30s to 40. That doesn't seem like a huge bump but it is in razor thin elections. Trump slid back to 40% in 2020.

There were 154 million votes, most were "counted" for Biden. Who counts, is what counts. It doesnt matter who voted.

I work at a union plant, in '16 our union hall (other side of factory parking lot) was covered in MAGA signage... in '20 the local president rounded up donations and we got a Trump billboard at the edge of the parking lot.

Yeah, there was Russian election interference. Our foes constantly try to fuck with our politics, same as we do them. What the Dems don't realize is that Russia really just wants to undermine our political process and sow seeds of doubt. Which they greatly assisted them with. And yeah, election fraud is never zero.

If there were mountains of evidence that would actually stand up in court then why did all the lawsuits fail, including plenty brought before Trump appointed judges?
