In keeping with being a cheap bastage, I pieced together a homebrew setup with a power steering pump. It ain't no 2 post, but sure beats laying on the ground while dropping a fuel tank or spraying undercoating.

Because I have a clanger on the inside of each bell on a light chain and hanging shape on the end to catch wind, and one clanger in the middle of all 3 so it can swing , not as much as you'd think. The bells don't really move, the internal clanger and the center weight does.

I live sorta rural. I'd get one of those just to compete with the screaming goats, noisy fucking fowl, barking rat dogs, and very loud kids. If it was highly annoying and kept them up at night, so much the better.
