Gas here In vt 2.87 for low-grade. Was in a gun shop a week ago. Asked about 45apc. Sure 50 for 55!:mad3:

It's been over $3/gal. out here for a while now. Looks like they're hitting around $4/gal. down in Los Angeles... But you know, at least we can surf and snowboard on the same day...

Diesel and gas are the same price now. $3.39
Model Dairy 2% at Winco was $3.38.

Oh and apparently primers for reloading are selling for $150/1,000.

1/21 Diesel fuel $2.89 by the house and $2.49 a week ago by work.
3/31-4/1 unleaded gas went up to $3.45.
 
Baseboard that was .96lf on 12/28/20 was 1.06 today.

Every month there was inflation, but it remained just below "hyper" threshold. The currency lost something along the lines of 95% of its purchasing power in 7 or so years, but the alarm bell didn't go off until the very end
 
That is usually how alarms work. They go off at the end and not with 25% left to go.
 
Need a fucking Square D HOM circuit breaker "HOM2020250CP" to tie in a subpanel. Normally they cost around $25. Ordered one from Amazon; damm thing never showed up! Ordered from Low's; on backorder. Reordered from Amazon; price is now north of $50! Placed order to Gordon Electric; waiting for shipping conformation for three days now. I am now seeing prices for this circuit breaker north of $100 bucks! WTF???:eek:
I was doing some copper plumbing last month; plumbing supply house now keeps the fittings behind the counter!

I am going to the store to pick up some standing rib roasts today. I'll cut them into thick ribeyes and freeze them. $5.99/lb for choice. Pre cut is on sale for $11 and regularly priced around $15/lb.
 
I paid $3.05 a gallon yesterday... That's up more than $0.80 since November.:mad3: Fawkers gonna learn...

I dunno, kinda happy that I was able to get some secondhand for 20 bucks less than it was going for in the stores
but still fuck man
when my dad built his shop he found a guy that was selling 7/16" osb for $3/sheet when the fire marshall told them they had to use wire shelves on their pallet racking instead of the OSB

We have a bunch of wood leftover from projects at the house, cabin and shop. I just moved it under our carport/garage thing because our lumber hoard is now worth more than my Prius. That turd can sleep outside. Wife’s RAV can stay in, though.

shittiest part is I saw this coming and wasn’t allowed to buy in bulk because of demand :mad3: Lowe’s and depot I can understand but my supply house burned a bridge.

#12 stranded was in the $80/1000' range a year ago. My weekly pricing update this week has it at $160/1000'. My PM is pricing out MC feeders for a multi-family housing project I bid last fall that is finally at rough-in stage. I don't even want to do a comparison to bid date...

A buddy of mine has a 3-man shop doing AG and residential work. He bought every roll of romex he could find at the small stores local to him when the prices started going up. He said he cleaned out 3 of them.
