What's new

Post up rare, custom, or just plain weird trucks!

It's like some rule that any piece of equipment that isn't road legal has to lose the two side pieces of a 3-piece cowl before the first owner sells it to the second.
I think Hayes just didn't even sell them with those panels for that very Reason:laughing:

That trucks badass!!

that is cool as shit! were they selling it or just bragging?

Was there grinding involved?
You’re damn right there was :lmao:

I’m used to “modern” manuals and the really long throw from 2nd to 3rd was fucking with me at first. 1st and 2nd were smooth, grind to third, shift down to 4th and hold the fawk on trying to keep it straight. Max speed of about 45 mph

I had experience driving those when I was a kid but it had been years when I got my 1953 REO with a 5 speed synchro smash trans. I drove it home and it was rough the first 10 miles or so.:lmao:

Damn, shovel powered Isetta. Looks like the Isetta truck is V-twin powered also. As much as I like shovelheads don't think I could stand the noise.

No louder than the underpowered pos it came with:lmao:
Cool cars to eyeball, fun bombing around Manheim once upon a time also.

Minus the gay-as-aids ebay chinesium bumpers?

I bet the original owner kept it clean, 2nd owner is a twat.

So is that big ass side window a standard stock thing? The black line rear of the side window were vents?

I no TJ expert, but I don't think I've ever seen one that looked like that before. Had a Sahara sticker on it, was that a fancy model or something?

Standard, stock TJ hardtop. Being white is a little unusual, but the Sahara came with a color matched top and fenders, though I would guess this one has probably been repainted.
