Post a picture of where you are right now.

I've been thinking about dragging this thing home one of these nights. I'm pretty sure it's abandoned. It's been there for at least a week, maybe two. I never see any activity around it. It looks to be in pretty good shape and the tires are good. It beats the county hauling it off to auction. WWID?

is the fleet maintenance shop still there? I'd guess its probably theirs.

No…. Place hasn’t been upgraded since original construction (late 70’s) so I figured it was time…. It’s gonna get about $500.00 more per month so ROI will be quick….

New tub, new valve, drain assembly, new faucets, solid surface counters in bath and kitchen and new LVP flooring throughout!!!

Edit: Tile was free… leftover from another job.

I mean, call it what it is already :laughing: Oooooooo… the new renters are gonna love these gigantic floor tiles we glued to the bathtub walls. This will go great with the new green toilet and ski blue sink we got on the cheap at the discount hardware blowout store :laughing::flipoff2:

No, just a showing of the original in a big ass theater. Got to meet Cary before the show and then he talked about the making of it, behind the scenes stuff, etc. Pretty cool and entertaining night.

Same theater is screening Labyrinth (another one of her favorites) in a few months, with a live band/orchestra playing along with the film and David Bowie's stuff, looks like we'll end up doing that one too.

They got the old hwy 60/62 bridge over the Mississippi River. It’s been closed for years.


 
Had some dinner tonight at a bar grill in Paducah KY. Owner sat with me at the bar for a while and I didn’t know about their special they had. I had ordered a meat pizza for no lunch / dinner meal but they had bbq ribs on special. He insisted I have an order of those to go on the house. I offered to pay for them several times but he wouldn’t have it. :smokin:

Then, the sweetest cutie bar tender got to talking about tequila and she ended up giving me a shot of some of the best tequila I’ve had on the house. Yep, a great evening out tonight. :smokin:
