Is your tunnel made out of 3/8"? Looks really thick in the picture.

It’s actually really thin it’s 22 gauge, we added some webbing to stiffen it up a bit. I think that’s what you are seeing in the photo

More stuff for the truck showed up!
China light bar, Hella 7” spot lights, Hella horns, K&N air filter, wire loom, seam sealer for the cab, LCE exhaust gaskets and fuel pressure gauge adapter

We got a lot done this weekend! We cut the shifters into the tunnel, made a removable panel in the dog house to get to the back side of the motor and tranny. We put the dash in, the lights are mounted, the winch is mocked up with a TMR winch plate, intake is mocked up, the rear steer joystick is mounted, the driver seat is mounted, the Crown Vic fuse box is mounted, and did a bunch of welding

Nothing too exciting just small parts for the build. I’ll be working on the truck this weekend, hopefully make enough progress for an update!

I knocked out some small projects this weekend and did a bunch of welding. Welded the winch plate in and mounted the winch. Stole the nice fairlead off my trail rig. Mounted the horns and ground disconnect.

I took it for a little drive around the property then flexed it out with the forklift to check rear steer flex tire clearance. Then just snapped some rear steer photos for you guys

When I pass people in a leaf sprung Toyota and the rear isn’t strait they are going to think it’s broken
I think it’s going to hurt some feelings So far the leaf springs and rear steer are playing nice but we will see when I put it in the rocks

More parts showed up today, all the stuff for the exhaust, some fittings and hose for the steering vent

Just chipping away at some small projects today. I mocked up the exhaust and tackled a handful of small miscellaneous projects. Ordered some more parts. Made some plans with the homies to get a work weekend together. Took a couple better daylight picks of the truck in the field for you guys
