To reorder it would now be $1018. :rainbow:
...Looks like I don't need those cheap spares anymore...
 
Heads up. I have a weird pending CC charge on my card and a couple guys on our home forum (NC4X4) are getting them as well. Guess something is up with it's security.
I have received most of my orders. Waiting on a yoke, 1350 joints, some ball joints and tree strap.
Y'all may wanna double check for fraudulent charges to be safe.

What site did you order your stuff from?
 
The 9" dropout housing and D44 lunchbox still have not shipped for me, but I have everything else is in hand. Probably going to call DPI offroad (the company actually send out the stuff) today and asking what's up with the rest of my order

The whole clearance thing does make me wonder if Nitro et al are struggling financially. I wonder how much the side by side market has eaten into the aftermarket drivetrain industry for trucks/jeeps. I have to imagine it's made a marked impact.

I ordered through Just Differentials and have received about half my order so far.

willis_racing I have not received my 9" dropouts yet either, but I did get the 35 spline locker and pinion support.

Yeah exactly the same. Have the locker and pinion support. Although you didn't order the lunchbox. Was yours also drop shipped in multiple packages from DPI?

JustDifferentials themselves basically show my order as completely fulfilled.

Yeah, I received 3 boxes together from DPI on Saturday 7/29, and I got another box yesterday that was marked as a partial shipment, but I do not remember whether that came from DPI as well.

Does the locker appear to be any good? I had never heard of a “Nitro Mechanical Locker” seems like a Detroit knock-off ala Yukon Grizzly?

Not sure which knock off it is...but Nitro's 'lunchbox' locker is NOT a Spartan (USA Standard Gear aka lower end Yukon) knock off as it uses thrust washers.

Sorry....I know, but I only have info on their lunchbox. I just meant their lunchbox isn't a Yukon.... Not sure any conclusion about the full carrier locker can be drawn from that info though.
 
My friend order from Just differentials link posted on Monday morning and got his joints today.
 
I've received my big items (d60 joints, 3rd member, pinion support), but the smaller stuff I ordered like seals, solid spacer kits, spicer ujoints, and balljoints haven't come in yet so I'm keeping an eye on it like you guys are

It looked fine to me when I pulled it out of the box, but I have never heard of one before like you, much less actually run one. I expect it to perform pretty similarly to a Detroit/Grizzly. I can post some pictures if you're really interested. I don't have another 9" locker to compare it to, but I have a Dana 60 Detroit and a Dana 44 Grizzly.

I’m interested but I’m not sure what one could really tell without inspecting and/or comparing the guts to other lockers? Even then, material type, quality and heat treating are factors that can’t be seen. I am considering buying at least one though, maybe 2.
 
Just got notice that one of my orders has been delayed (for the Excalibur D60 ujoints). JFYI. The other stuff already came.

Yep after ordering from Nitro/Justdiffs my CC was fully compromised. Started getting email confirmations on theme park ticket purchases etc.. got most of the orders, FJ80 4.88s are delayed though.

still no odd charges on my card but will keep my eye on it.
 
My credit card was hit for $523 right after ordering from Nitro.
