Whipple seems to have plenty of room to grow compared to the Rousch.Let me know how you like it. I was looking at a blower for my 6.2 work truck and a pump gas friendly tune. Rousch makes one and Whipple makes the other im considering.
When was the last time you used 4wd on your daily driver?
that one says SS, so it's AWD
bell tech makes 2" drop spindles.I really dont think you can lower an awd like that

Drop spindles keep your suspension workable.riding on bumpstops ftw

Yesterday. When was the last time you used 4wd on your daily driver?
Yesterday.
Lot of F250’s running around that it never gets used on. I probably average three times a week. Maybe half of it is something I could hammer through just hitting the locker but it’s easier on everything just using four wheel drive.I used to use it every day as well.
Anymore...I'll go months without clicking it in 4wd
About 3-4 times a year but each time I was VERY happy to have itWhen was the last time you used 4wd on your daily driver?
Soooo, tell me about the 2nd gen 1500 with the Cummins swap? I've got a 2wd 01 1500 rcsb that I'm waiting on finding a wrecked 24v truck to do the swap myself.might be trading it off for a 4x4 excab 5.0. the more i look in to trying to get this thing to launch, the more i regret not getting a 4x4. if they treat me decent i will part ways. if not i will be just fine with what i have. blower won't be in for 6 weeks, so i figure i can do some shopping.

it was a 98 12v 2500 i cut down to a short bed. i put an extended cab fuel tank in it. cut one coil off the front and dearched the rears.Soooo, tell me about the 2nd gen 1500 with the Cummins swap? I've got a 2wd 01 1500 rcsb that I'm waiting on finding a wrecked 24v truck to do the swap myself.
and is awesome on the street.Leafs or coils out back on the 2wd? There is no reason on earth either of those setups can't be made to hook. AWD launching is for fags and imports.....
Since you said this, at some point I want to put a 5.3 or a 6.0 drive terrain in a 67 Chevy. The 5.3 is mated with 4x4 stuff. 6.0 is 2wd. Either will get a turbo.and is awesome on the street.
it was going to be almost 4k for a set of drag wheels and tires to get it to hook up at 700hp. the times guys are posting on the street 0-60 is crazy with the 4x4s. i am amazed how well my truck does right now. but i know doubling the rear wheel hp is just going to go up in smoke. that green truck i went to lunch in didn't hook up till 80 or so with 315s. single turbo 5.3 on pump gas, probable 500 or so at the rears.Since you said this, at some point I want to put a 5.3 or a 6.0 drive terrain in a 67 Chevy. You think keeping the 4x4 crap is worth the headache?

just get a suburban chassis and fit your body to it.

Like many here, about 30-40 times every winter. Not yet this year, though, as its been really dry and warm thus far. When was the last time you used 4wd on your daily driver?

Or... You could 4 link the rear with coil overs and use geometry to plant the tires

521hp to the rear wheels 20 years ago. It was fun and quick for the time.Ah, ok. Was it a fun lil truck?
It’s still fun and still quick ! 500hp is more than most people can handle . 500hp hours after rain is long gone will separate the good drivers 😂521hp to the rear wheels 20 years ago. It was fun and quick for the time.
