Naders

Looking sketchy out my way again...

So you're not far from Kemp? I've got to make a run out to Frankston and check on my boat. My buddy's family has a cabin on Palestine and they let me keep it in their yard. I'm sure with all this activity the cover is probably shredded. Let me know if you need anything, you're not far out of the way.

I'm in Mabank off 47.

We should be good but thanks for the offer. If you need a hand with anything out this way feel free to PM me.

Not too bad in OKC right now.

Windy as all heck, but it's cooling off, so I don't anticipate 'naders.

Strong storms for sure though.
That didn't age well

He's such an idiot.

Everything died out before it hit us here in Choctaw. Some damage to a church roof about 3 miles from me, but I didn't even lose any tree limbs.

Wow, I'm glad you guys are safe out there. Hopefully that is the worst of it.

Sirens fired up around 2100ish. Only ran about a minute or so. No high wind or hail. There was some rotation just west of Nixa that only broke a few trees, as far as I know.

Stayed up until about 2400 keeping an eye on the action coming up from NW Arkansas. Ended up pushing eastward enough to not bother us.

The one I started watching yesterday afternoon was a bunch of chsers all on the side of the road waiting for the storm

A RARE HIGH RISK has been issued by the Storm Prediction Center for long-track, strong-to-violent tornadoes over portions of Oklahoma and Kansas including OKC to Wichita. NOW is the time to dial in your family severe weather safety plans! Stay tuned to watches and warnings starting around 2-3 pm. We will be rolling out the Dominator 3 and activating live storm chase mode as early as 3 pm!

First time at KOMA since the Nader. The new jetlinx and new signature hangars both have structural damage and will be replaced.

The worse part is all the 60s/70/80s GA planes that will be totaled out. Planes that are affordable to the (slightly above) common man are always becoming fewer.

Unless there were some productive people who contribute to society killed, then that would be worse.

We are right in the middle of the worst of what they are calling for today. I wish I had my kids tonight and that they were not at their moms. I have seen them have bad weather warnings but never seen one where they had all the bad stuff ratings all the way to the top. I guess if you dont hear from me after today Im dead.

Good luck. Stay safe. Hopefully it stays south of me.

Damn, dude. I think you're only a couple hours west of me. Everything I'm seeing is passing next to the west side of the western MO border.

OKLAHOMA CITY – NOAA's Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has issued its first Tornado Watch ahead of a dangerous and potentially life-threatening severe weather outbreak Monday that has millions of people in the central U.S. on alert for intense supercell thunderstorms that will likely be capable of producing long-track tornadoes, giant hail and hurricane-force wind gusts.

The Tornado and Severe Thunderstorm Watches come just hours after the SPC raised the severe weather threat for more than 1.8 million people in parts of Kansas and Oklahoma to its highest level – a Level 5 out of 5, or "High Risk," on its 5-point severe thunderstorm risk scale.

This includes the cities of Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Midwest City and Moore in Oklahoma.

In Kansas, cities south of Wichita along the Interstate 35 corridor are also in the High Risk threat, including Wellington and South Haven.
