Lame small tire build

been working on a ghetto twin stick. except i paid for laser cut parts so it's not really ghetto:laughing:

I bought some spare case halves and a bag of rusty internal tcase parts from eBay to do all the mockup, not planning on swapping anytime soon but next time i feel like pulling the case down

Pics in no particular order:

Seems to work on the workbench. I have two total t-case shifter handles (one spare i bought and one in the vehicle) so i can just weld both to the levers here

I just read all 9 pages, I’m diggin it. I dunno how your power steering is working, but here’s what I did with my old Sami. I swapped on a kick box and used a Toyota pump like everyone else was doing on the early 2000s. After blowing the seals out of 2 pumps, I threw the Toyota stuff away and slapped an old Saginaw canned ham style pump on there. Night and day better steering and no more problems. And mine had a Detroit front, welded rear on 35s. I also think banjo fittings are a mistake on steering or hydroboost. Banjo fittings aren’t high flow, and restrictions cause heat and slow response.
Travis..

Fwiw I have a banjo to - 6 adapter on my Cummins swap F350 with hydroboost. It steers ridiculously easy (only 285s) noticeably easier than the 7.3.

Id definitely agree on more of a high performance steering setup though, but I also see guys running those hard 90* adapters that would be the same thing.
