Well, fawk, I bought it yesterday. Now to find a real engine and trans for it.
Oh and I have a SD60 front for it.

Sweet. Can hardly wait to see pictures of it.
Hoping that you take them goofy chevy emblems off the rear. Look forward to the build.
The start... he's yanking out the TPI 350 and the 700R4 that's in it. He will deliver on the 15th.
Thinking GM 8.1L, Allison and NP271 plus a SD D60 and Dana 135 in ten lug.
I need to find a service crane for it.
IH needs a T444e/4R100 IMO
Screw it, find an 8.8 out of a newer bus with an Allison. Check for cowl rot before you put a new engine in it as it will be much easier with the engine out. Check binderplanet for some good how to fix cowl rot threads. Very nice truck, I'm a little jealous.

Needs a 549, all the cubes
That seems doable too, I'd try to figure out how to get some real injection/carburation on it though.

Me to, can you post a link in here for us cards
Look up.
Yes, but not very fast because braking gets exciting.
Right, but how does it steer? Just the fronts steer? Isn't it normally an articulated deal?
If you look at the picture you can clearly see the pitman arm (?) and drag link going to the front axle. I dont see a link running to the rear axle. Looks like its front steer only.
