What's new

Interesting tools for sale.

i use one of these mounted under a piece of 1/4" plate, works very well for cleaning up small plasma cut parts

i also have 5 of these sitting on a shelf that I intend to build into to welding table. thinking it will be faster to switch on and off when i have allot of parts and i'm hoping that they will hold better- or i'll all more until they hold as i want.

i also want to use them to make a forklift piece so that i can lift and set sheets on the cnc table from the top. wired into the forlift battery.

Fuckin genius. I have a lifting magnet, never thought to use it like that.

Pretty fair price for a piece of machinery the hipster yuppie garage journal types love.

And not surprisingly, I have for sale a New Old Stock quill assembly that would fit that machine.

The temptation is strong with this one.
its been listed a while. he might take $100 to get that shop space back

video of it eating metal mandatory if you get it

No pics of any data plates. Looks like what used to be "480" on the breaker/switch cover. I'm betting is 480 only and that makes it way less appealing to any home gamer.

If I knew for sure it could run on 230 I'd go grab it....only about 2 hours from me and I need a reason to go up that way.

Msg the seller and ask for a pic of the data plate. Easy.

Kinda wish I got a turret lathe like that. Kinda glad I didn't. I'd be able to cram another machine in the shop if I did but I couldn't put an axle between centers.

Dirt cheap pipe threader with tooling if anyone needs one.

Those dies fetch $50-70+ apiece on ebay. Could be a fairly easy money maker.

Pretty sure you can also cut straight threads on those with the right insert....handy if you need to thread a bunch of round stock.

I've been tempted to go pick this up and retrofit it to take ironworker punch tooling.

You can find some unipunch tools to park on it for relatively cheap. The units go for 100-200 on ebay, and brand new punch and dies are had for a fairly reasonable price.
