if it's just singles and you got tapered seats on the nuts you can cut the flange outta an old brake rotor to get the wheel out past the hub centric diameter portion of the hubI knew that the bore was different, we have a trailer with the Ford size center bore and tried to put a chevy wheel on it.
They have the lugnut with the flange crimped on them.
