I need a simple food setup.

The group I always wheel with brings the camp kitchen and I bring the tools and a drink ice chest.:lmao: It's kinda like I'm mooching until someone breaks something.:lmao:

When we ran the con with a bunch of out of state people we told them to bring their own food but we will bring a small barbeque and burner for them to cook on. Saves having eight rigs with individual kitchen setups.

Was nice meeting you guys.I left around 11 today, got to run a heat in a Prerunner which was fun. Been on my list for a while, the bunched up start was a blast. His codog over did it last night and didn’t show up in time.

Thats why I was shooting for Barrett lake First, even if we do dice first, we should miss em...

"So back to routes and trailers...
It's a given that some will trailer to the area. Can we nail down the route and road only part here soon?"

M.C.R. is 15 thru 20 Aug.
So lets try to nail down the route.
Last time I was around an mcr run it had guys towing out the day after the run.

So 21 aug might be slow on con, and running it either way could get us traffic, probably more on caddy than gatekeeper?

A 3 night run at dice or barrett gets us away from most of the traffic.

The reverse route on con will get us the biggest possibility of this issue.

This puts route #1 out.

Route 3 , dice con backwards gets us the possibility of mcr carnage traffic on caddy, on ths 21st mon.

Route 2-4, we are behind them and will see some coming out backwards onna strap.

We have right at 4 months to go, I'm just:stirthepot:
:flipoff2: that is all :flipoff2:

Fordyce has the option of pulling out at committee right? Any interest in doing 2 out and back days, or just figure out camping and pooping on the trail? I’ve no experience wheeling, or wheeling and camping as a wheeler.
Looks like you are gunna learn some things the old-school way (hard knocks)!

Link to his build thread vvv

At least yer getting a little practice in.

Didja see duh part where I wheeled Fordyce Memorial Day weekend on stock axles, 33s and a Lockrite with no spares or tools?? my shitbox had to be upgraded just to carry all the gear on the Ultimate Adventure checklist. Still waiting on my Yaseau radio to be ordered and installed.

Yep,
wheel, break, fix, repeat til ya break the cycle...
:lmao:

Don't forget the expresso machine and dancing girls, (while not "On the List") you know we expect that the newbies participate

Dash mount, nice to have a full size dash.
Comms are good.

Fuck that. Keep it cool. Snows melting fast. By the time we get up there Trek will have everything cleared and flow will be low.

I can't imagine the trail still having snow? Maybe just lots of standing water?

So have we confirmed the route? I'm gonna be a day late. Gotta a family thing I gotta do Saturday but I feel I can catch up or bring parts in for anyone in distress.
