Once is all we need 🤣Once and once only.

Once and once only.
The platform is fragile enough at stock height (or thereabouts). You'd be spitting out control arms and links lifted up that much.
Every few years, I wander off down a rabbit trail about lifting my wife's Legacy. Then I step back, look at the lifted Subys online, and realize that a stock XJ is better in every way.I saw this gem while picking up some lunch today

iirc you can swap over outback suspension to get you 2" or whatever with all factory partsEvery few years, I wander off down a rabbit trail about lifting my wife's Legacy. Then I step back, look at the lifted Subys online, and realize that a stock XJ is better in every way.
Yeah, it's got OB struts. Beyond that gets to be a hassle.iirc you can swap over outback suspension to get you 2" or whatever with all factory parts
but really: lift is gay
cut the fenders and fuck with the struts to fit bigger tires without lifting it
Or it could look even more retarded like this... Log into Facebook

Anything beyond the easy 1-2" spacers and bolt on strut swap is a complete waste of time.Every few years, I wander off down a rabbit trail about lifting my wife's Legacy. Then I step back, look at the lifted Subys online, and realize that a stock XJ is better in every way.
These cars really don't like bigger tires. CVs and trans can only tolerate so much without comically short service lives, especially the manual transmissions.iirc you can swap over outback suspension to get you 2" or whatever with all factory parts

What am I looking at? Overall pic?
Back of the frame on a f350. flat bed rear mount as well as the receiver hitch. Fuckers like a puzzle, just tiny chunks of metal welded to more tiny chunks of metal. What am I looking at? Overall pic?
