The butch girl thing didn’t bother me, that is in the games. I’m not 100% sure but I think there were female knights? Women were scribes and other positions in the brotherhood for sure.

The they/them pronoun thing does bother me, because they are inserting current culture war shit into a show set 250 years into the future. This is the mechanism that allows the left to change language and culture they use it in pop culture to cement it in and make it seem like it was always there.

I will have to go back and watch it, but the "they" think to me meant the higher ups in the BoS, not one individual. I will go back and watch it later if I remember and see what all the fuss is about.

Same. Also I don't think she was picked for being trans because it is never mentioned but because they had acted in amazon shows before. I know they were in wheel of time.

51 minutes into the first episode during Maximus’ interrogation after Dane is injured. The elder asks if he is friends with aspirant Dane and if he is aware of their injury.

Could be that everyone in that position is referred to as they, or the elder only knowing her name did not know she is female but that seems like too much coincidence.

Maybe it’s a good thing that they are being more subtle about it now.

The chick with the abnormally large eyes and the ghoul cowboy did a good job of carrying most of the rest of the cast. I really like how they did a deep dive on vault tec and all of the fucked up experiments in the vaults. Overall I think the story came together pretty well.

NCR didn’t have M-16s with wood furniture 0/10. I did see some great Kahn’s though. Stimpacs, Jet, bunch of in game chems

No super mutants or mini nukes but I guess you have to leave something for next season

I noticed the Tranny. Can’t do much about it but complain so fuck it.

The music was pretty much lifted completely from fallout 4 which was a good move but it felt over done at times.

Pretty sure there was a super mutant in I think the second episode. Scientist walked by a gurney, and it looked like a super mutant corpse under the sheet. Definitely just a teaser, but was there.

I was definitely excited for the series (love the games), but had low expectations going in. Only 4 episodes in, but love the show. Campy at times, but so are the games. Music is great, and the sets/world is very well done.

We have been enjoying the music.

Boyfriend is having his father watch the 'FUCK FUCK FUCK' bear scene. We watched it three times ourselves it was so funny.

The "cousin sex" mentions are funny too.

I always love the characters Walton Goggins plays.
