Who said I grew up on them, I said AROUND them. My wife and I both have several friends that work/worked at Outer Limits in Bristol and I've been in their shop several times for visits and have been in/on several boats there. Every winter they would rip boats up and down Narragansett Bay testing hull designs, new engine combos ect and you could see and hear them from where I lived and seeing one being towed through Warren and Bristol, or on I95 heading out of state was a normal occurrence. In the tiny little shithole state known as RI, Outer Limits Powerboats was a pretty big deal.
