When when redid all the emergency stairs in the KC convention center to make them ADA compliant, there was a set of dead end stairs in there. We redid them too because the city inspector told us too.

You can see who looks in front of them by watching debris on the freeway. For like 10 cars up you can see a tire in the road, and 8 will hit the tire
