Dogs of Irate 4x4

Got this guy two days ago. It’s been an adjustment... No one told me the hardest part of bringing home a dog would be my own kids being super obsessed with it 😂

And Kinzee the "slow" one. She just got over feeling like crap from getting the plague from messing with prairie dogs and got snake bit 3x on the nose. Swelling had already started going back down when I took these pics a couple days ago. She's pretty much over it now.

She is so ashamed of herself. You can see the regret in her eyes!

I come home at 3:30 yesterday and my girl pearl is in the house with the wife, but Pete is no where to be seen. Well an hour goes by and my daughter is looking for her dog. So she goes out back and hollers and in a minute here pup comes up. But still no Pete. So i have to go pick up the tracks for my skid steer at a buddies shop. I get home a couple hours later and still no dog. Wife gets to bitching at me to find the dog. I walk the back yard hollering for that asshole. Not a peep out of him. So right at dark he come through the front door looking like sheriff Bart after his 15th shintzengrubin. he looks like shit this morning, all swole up and eyes all crusty and cuts and scrapes everywhere. he gets to chasing a the nutria up in their holes.

Added number five last week.

Boyfriend found this guy dumped on a hiway and hiding under a cattle guard. Too dehydrated to walk and scared to death. :( Bite marks all over his body.
Eight bottles of water later he stopped shaking and calmed down enough to sleep.

3 or 4 month old lab mix. Now our big black dog has a puppy to raise. He is smitten with his new buddy.

My Alaskan Husky named Revy. She's got blue marbling in her eyes and a 90* bend on the tip of her tail, looks like a dunes flag on a dirtbike. She's 4 months old.
The GSD from a few generations back is why she has her GSD like appearance.

I can always count on my daughter to find a needy pet and drop it by our house. This guy is almost 1-year old and basically trained. He started out living with a family that had a fairly aggressive bigger dog that didn't like him.

I've not seen a setter in a long time. Nice looking dogs :)
I'm on my third year of puppies!!!! :( I'm not one to want a puppy, I like older rescue dogs because they aren't puppies. Now we have a one-year-old and a 4mo old.

We rescued him today.

Lady that had him didn't realize that these guys love attention.....and care.

Little guy is a real animal :lmao:

Wife snatched him up while she was in CA for her annual cancer screening.
