Does Trump have a chance?

Love to hear your fault with what Trump has done with gun rights. Very interested.

In before " Trump has done more against the 2A than Obama did in 8 years" complete lie of a line....

I'll be the first to tell you I think bump stocks are BS and I don't give a shit that they are illegal. But, that was BS the way Trump made them illegal. I'm afraid the Dems will do the same shit with something I care about. They will claim Trump set the president.

no, biden has been around long enough that he can and will clearly remember how high quality the federal assault weapons ban was, how much it helped everybody and how safe we all were as a nation, back when mass shootings were less frequent (before they were redefined, of course)

so bring back the AW ban and bring on a EU style "no military caliber" ban, see ya later 9x19. Of course, that is just along the lines of the shit he has said, so that doesn't really mean we know fuckall about what he will do with roberto o'rourke as his gun grabber cabinet member consolation prize :rasta:

Biden is a fucking joke too, really. Just saying.

The "leadership" around and through Corona just solidifies my opinion about Trump. He did manage to destabilize the EU with his right wing shit. EU has a Nazi problem again thanks to Trump making it socially acceptable. Yes, we call the far right Nazis, because that is simply what they are, and it is not acceptable.

Expand upon your make-believe history statement.

Tell me, which party started the KKK? Which party opposed integration? Which party filllibustered the civil rights act?

Tell me more about false history

This is odd.

I was going to write a comment to you yesterday, and say to stop accusing the Democrats about this, it's a meaningless gesture. But I didn't want to interrupt your roll, basically I don't want to distract from all of your valid points which I mostly agree with.

But then I was watching Tucker and he said that. It's the video from yesterday, at 26:47 (Austin This board needs to play on YT link timestamps)

Basically, stop doing what the Republicans do. They keep talking about how the Left is racist a long time ago. That doesn't matter. They are racist now.

Even CONSIDERING that reparations would have to be made is racist, because it assumes that whites, by dint of being a race, owe another race something.

Harp on that. Nobody fucking cares that Robert Byrd recruited for the KKK.

It's odd, like Tucker is channeling me. I never got into the guy that much before, he must have new writers.

Europe has a Nazi problem because Europe created Nazis.

Let's also not forget that Nazis were the socialist party. Somehow that keeps getting overlooked...

There is a huge difference between socialism and free healthcare and a good social safety net. Why can't you see the benefits?

Will you PLEASE come here to America and spend a few months driving around and seeing this country?

You really cannot understand America from Germany...but, give it time, after your open arms approach to all the Muslims fleeing their shithole countries, you might understand America.

Let me break it down for you. Our government created welfare. Thousands of Americans abuse this system. The government knows. They don't care. Basically, a man and woman live together, the woman collects welfare on her and the kids, the man works, but has an address elsewhere. I saw this constantly where I grew up as it's an extremely poor, depressed area, and has only gotten worse.

Another issue is the unbelievable amount of illegals flocking to our nation. Some politicians want to give these people everything for free. On American's dime.

As for free healthcare, stop calling it free. It isn't. If it is, can you tell me what magic tree that financing is falling from?

There is no difference to socialism and what we have now. All that happens in the end is that the working man pays, the lazy bums collect. Pretty much what's been happening now, so you can take your social safety nets and shove them. Maybe if Germany or Europe as a whole becomes anything of a mixing pot like the US you'll understand.

Let this sink in; the working class in America mostly has the same idea: you have the right to succeed and the right to fail. No one in the working class believes you have the right to leech off a system. Just sit and stew on that ideology for a day or so and really think about it.

You are ignoring a lot of people that are part of the nation, but not part of the working class. Also ignoring people that, for some reason, cannot grasp that concept.
What is your plan with those. I mean it leads to riots and them looting and breaking stuff and pulling down statues.

You will never get them to be part of this utopian dream you speak of.
What is your plan, how do you want to deal with them?

Oh, but they have CHANGED! No, just like our Democrats they have found a different way to manipulate the weak minded and get their way. Same game different strategy.

Yea, Venezuela is reaping the rewards of a good safety net right now. Cuba has been for a long time.

I would never EVER trade our Canadian health care system for the American one. I like being able to walk into a hospital or go see my family doctor for any reason and not worry about what it might cost or if it's covered.

My wife has breast cancer, is going through chemo, followed by surgery, followed by radiation, and the most we've paid out of pocket is $30 for a couple over the counter meds to help with symptoms. Good luck doing that in the US without racking up massive bills, even with health insurance.

I have great company provided health insurance that allows me to do everything you just stated above. My wife recently had knee surgery and all it cost me was $5 for the copay for her prescription.

Just remember that you are part of a very lucky minority of Americans...whereas the treatment we have is available to all Canadians.

I don't have a Utopian dream. You're delusional.

Do nothing with them. They have the freedom to survive on their own. There are hundreds of thousands of job openings across the U.S. and there's always the need for a new business.

My mother has had breast cancer three times, two surgeries, blah, blah, blah. I'm willing to bet we still spend less than you Canadians. The only difference is you spend so much on all your taxes every time money leaves your hand that you can't tally up the real cost of your health care.

hes not part of a minority of americans with health insurance. thats a falsehood.

one thing you canadians need to remember about your "Universal Healthcare". YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT WHETHER YOU USE IT OR NOT. your taxes pay for it and everyones else, regardless if you get sick or not. but you pay.

average practical tax rate in canada is 28%. in America, its 18%. you are paying out the nose for your healthcare, its just being forcibly taken from you at gunpoint and you are happy about it. congrats.

you are claiming Trump made nazis socially acceptable? please tell me where nazis are socially acceptable.

also, please point out where Trump has said anything about nazis, and then point out exactly where he has said something positive about nazis.

You are being forced to have costly health insurance if you even want health care (yay America, "Freedom!"). Even if your employer covers it, that money is still coming out of profits for the business that either you don't get in direct compensation or is added to the cost of the goods you are selling which someone then has to pay. So in the end, that 10% tax rate difference if offset by the health insurance direct and indirect costs you experience. You are paying that insurance whether you get sick or not too.

Also, the cost of most procedures, drugs, etc. here are less since we are public and we don't have crazy rates billed to a health insurance provider (which just get passed on to you) and there's less "for profit" operation of the system. For example, the one immune booster drug my wife is getting costs around $2000-2500/dose here, the same drug in the US is $6000-8000/dose.

Are you really this dense? Or are you so far right you should - but don't identify as a Nazi yet?

I can only use myself as a reference, but I'm guessing others will be the same.

This is how it works.

We pay about $350 a month for FAMILY health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance. Our out of pocket maximum is a little higher, which means once we spend the out of pocket max, insurance covers everything 100%. So, ours is $6,500. Now, all of these health insurance costs are not taxable. It's like a straight cash deal. You can also write off the $6,500 out of pocket expense at the end of the year, and get that as a tax break, too. There are also HSA's and such to help with that as well.

So, in Canada, I assume you pay about 28-35% maybe more out of your paycheck every pay. Then There's about 28% on all goods and services purchased in Canada. So...how much do YOU spend for healthcare each year?

I think it will be Trump in a landslide. I also think when that happens, the left will go full on scorched earth.......................more than they are now.

Are you really this dense? Or are you so far right you should - but don't identify as a Nazi yet?

so you're not going to answer my questions? because you refuse to or you cant?

i mean, you claimed Trump has made Nazis socially acceptable. which, by any reasonable persons accounting, is complete lunacy.

so again, Fraulein, please answer my questions. because no one wants to support a nazi. i just need more than your completely biased and illogical opinion from Europe that Trump is a nazi or has "made nazis socially acceptable".

also, i am not in Europe, but what is your total guesstimate of nazis in Europe today? thousand, 10 thousand, 100 thousand, millions? give me a frame of reference here.

That's funny. I lived in Canada for ten years and got their health care. One time I fell off a shipping dock and probably broke my foot/ankle. Went to the clinic and was faced with a whole room full of Indians with kids waiting to see a doctor. The receptionist said it would probably be five hours. Five hours to see the emergency doctor! If it needed an X-ray, it would be scheduled the following week. WTF.

I talked to a friend that told me it was always like that. Indians have lots of time to wait and they take their kids if they get a scratch. Another friend of mine needed some kind of surgery and was told it would be seven months before it could be scheduled. She ended up going to the states and paid for it herself.

Me, I walked with a cane for a couple months. Great system.
