Home depot this morning, I'd never seen a chevy with the bedside toolbox... the owner crept up on me while I was creeping

He said it was factory, part of a camper package. He's running a 350/350 with AC, it's his home depot and dump run truck, but wishes he'd gone 383 instead of bare bones crate 350, says it gets wheezy pulling his dump trailer

the electric motor on the thingie it goes to is one of them brushed motors where you can flop the brush carrier around for variable speed and reversing

the sign next to it said it was used with a portable bench grinder to sharpen plow disks. so the driveshaft would spin the gang of disks, and the grinder gets put in place to sharpen them

Saw this again Monday, same road but a few miles down from where I spotted it last. An early 1950s International L162 still working during harvest.

Tuesday saw me at another farm working on a fire rig. This Loadstar was there working the harvest.

The other week I went to a car show and a guy had a 1956 Ford F-100 Panel Truck with a 351 Cleveland in it. I thank him for not using a SBC.
