Put me in the Civil War won't happen camp. All this talk will never leave the Internet. A few altercations here or there, sure. People are too busy with their noses stuck to their phones to look up and see the real world.

I dare say; Black Death, by today's standards, wouldn't be a big deal.

The BD was like the Titanic; MANY things were in place BEFORE it's started doing it's thing.

During our Civil War; 63% of all deaths were from infection/disease.

In the U.S. in 1903; the 3rd leading cause of death...............diarrhea!

Where is that today? There are too many causes to fight for. So many splinter groups inside of each "faction" it's absurd.

Forgive the pun but there is no "black and white" side to stake your claim on. There are too many issues to fight for or against and that is the reason for the chaos.

I don’t think it’ll ever be like the first one at all. It’ll be a breakdown in our society with many fractions. People against others and against the government. Once shit gets crazy and spreads to most every city, then martial law will be imposed. Wether it’s the Democratic Party gaining power in all three branches then banning all firearms or martial law and the government going door to door, that will be the line in the sand for a lot of folks.

you can’t predict the future at all as I’m positive no one predicted how 2020 was going to unfold (except the deep state democrats ). I just see things escalating after trump wins 2020. All this PC shit is killing our nation as well. All I know is it’s going to get worse before it gets better.

Out of all this protesting/rioting/occupation shitshow I see a silver lining.

IMHO; it's showing the rest of the country what a liberal utopia looks like; a hint of what's to come, should they accept that ideology/religion.

CALIFORNIA is a supreme example of that.

There will be no actual civil war, it would be two factions attempting to fight each other while both getting fucked up by drones. The civil war will be waged with words on the internet and images on tv and in the minds of the people. Go walk outside, people are still doing the same shit they always do and not lighting each other up outside of the regular places.

This is already happening; Fake-Stream-Media vs Non-Traditional News Sources. Facebook, Twitter and You-Tube censoring content that they don't agree with, giving a free-pass to content that violates their community standards if it comes from the Left. Fake-Stream-Media attacking said Non-Traditional News Sources accusing them of not being reliable, all while they knowingly pushed the false "Russian Collusion" story for YEARS. Meanwhile Censorbook hires Leftist "fact-checkers" to slap a "partially untrue" label on pretty much anything that they don't agree with (a friend of mine was "fact-checked" on an opinion!).

This form of Civil War is very real and already happening. It's not a war for territory, it's a war for the hearts and minds (and votes) of the uninformed masses. Do they continue to follow the lies of the Fake-Stream-Media and buy into the "Orangeman-Bad" narrative, or do they wake up and see what is actually happening to this country? The battles are fought by the left trying to keep the Sheeple asleep and unaware, and the right trying to wake people up.

The right leaning conservatives are a patient people... so are the middle peeps. They tend not to have a knee jerk reaction to everything that moves and are FAR better prepped than you may think. These rural folk, at least in my neck of the woods, are fine and content to let the left hang themselves...

Don't get me wrong here, I am not a far right winger in much regard. I tend to have opinions on issues that settle towards compromise and right center for the most part... there's a limit though. And it's a powder keg waiting to explode.

I make heads spin with this. People don't know history. They only know the history that they are hand fed. The US Civil War started April 12, 1861. The freeing of Southern slaves was declared through the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1st, 1863. If it was so important to the North to free slaves then wouldn't they have done that prior to declaring war?

One cannot believe that a war was fought for 20 months over something that was not yet declared illegal. The Proclamation was issued in September, 1962 and threatened to be enforced if the South didn't comply with his demands. It was an executive order, and it was put into effect the following January. What people don't realize today is that slaves were only freed in the South as an attempt to cripple their army that was supported by slaves. The Northern slave and slaves in the West were not freed. Lincoln is not the champion that they think that he was.

When my mom and dad were in High School, they were taught that the Civil War was about States Rights; slavery being among the topics that states were pushing back against the Federal Government. When my brother and I were in High School we were taught that the Civil War was about slavery, period (no mention of States Rights).

But both of those are simply narratives to feed the masses. What was the Civil War really about? Follow the money, in the end it's always about the money. Jackson successfully killed off the Second Bank of the United States, but money always finds a way back. The Mexican-American war in 1846 allowed "them" to test the waters with the creation of the United States Treasury system which helped fund that war. The Civil War was just another way for them to re-establish a central banking system as the Federal Gov't needed a way to pay for the war: the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Legal Tender acts were steps along the way, but the goal was the National Bank Act (1863, 1864 and 1865), funny how that finally National Bank Act of 1865 coincided with the end of the Civil War...

I will say the liberals go full tilt, egged on by the media and the liberal hacks like Pelosi, Schumer... etc. Rioting, hostile takeover's of bigger portions of city-scape, mass fires... you know, general mayhem. The military "might" be called in, but with more dire results than Kent State. It will be chaotic for a time.
