Border… I didnt see this one coming

that I've provided every single time...

Your cognitive dissonance is incredibly strong.

So instead I'll ask:
What's the point of voting if you don't care if they pass laws to change things?

Incredibly strong.

The fact that you honestly believe that laws are being enforced today… and that no illegals are being let go into the country…

You’re either trolling hard or are simply lying.

so, no laws to cite, no statistics to show? just more bluster.

But here. Up wards of 12.5 illegal immigrants in country according to Pew. Let me help you with something… the term “illegal” means… wait for it… illegal.

The U.S. asylum adjudication system faces greater strain than at any time in its history. With each passing year, application filings break records as recent border arrivals seek asylum, in some cases to be able to obtain work permits. Adjudications cannot keep up with the rapidly increasing number of incoming cases, especially as resources are focused on border screenings to facilitate removals. In the 1990s, the immigration service tackled backlogs by scheduling cases on a “last-in, first-out” basis and by hiring more adjudicators. Today, however, USCIS and the immigration courts have not received adequate funding, nor can they hire quickly enough to deal with vastly different populations of asylum seekers and more complex asylum law. Various projections suggest it could take a decade or more for the courts to become current on their dockets, for example.88 These delays mean that asylum seekers in need of protection do not receive it in a timely manner and the efficacy of border management policies is undermined, since asylum seekers cannot be removed until their applications are denied, which currently takes years. Delays also incentivize the use of the asylum pathway by individuals who may not have a protection need. The pandemic and related shutdowns of government services exacerbated these long-standing issues and backlogs ballooned as a result. But the pandemic also accelerated the adoption of technology and has led to increased efficiencies, in particular at the immigration courts. The Biden administration has introduced reforms such as the asylum officer rule, which allows for faster, nonadversarial adjudication of asylum applications, as well as various court management procedures. But progress has been stymied by a singular focus on lowering border arrival numbers and the lack of congressional action. A. The U.S. Asylum System U.S. law provides that asylum may be granted to an asylum seeker who applies in accordance with applicable requirements and is determined to be a refugee. The law defines a refugee as a person who is outside their country of nationality and is unable or unwilling to return to, or avail themselves of the protection of, that country because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution based on one of five protected grounds: race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.89 Asylum applications are decided on a case-by-case basis. As was described in the legal framework section above, the evolution of U.S. asylum law through the issuance of regulations and court decisions has meant that cases are incredibly complex to prepare and adjudicate. Asylum applications are filed in the U.S. interior at USCIS asylum offices or EOIR, the immigration court system, depending on whether a noncitizen is in removal proceedings. There is no fee for applying for asylum and U.S. law states that cases are to be adjudicated within six months, though backlogs have prevented this from happening for years.

Without more funding, the courts just get backed up further, and those seeking asylum get left in the US for years.

Yes, we've established that we all agree the democrats suck.

You guys just seem to think the republicans are going to save us, and I've proven over and over again that they have less than zero interest in actually doing so.
Guess what, at this point it makes no difference.:flipoff2:

And you think they all came in within the past 3 years? :lmao:

So what you're saying is, we have 12 million illegals here, and because of that you're going to be happy letting more come in each month to apply for asylum (which makes them legal BTW) and wait a decade or more to get their say in court? I'm trying to follow your logic?

You guys are also eaten up with the TDS, just in reverse. Nowhere have I said the democrats are good. They fucking suck. However, the republicans had an opportunity to do something about it that can't be revered by an executive order, and they fucking failed. So we're stuck with democrat policies in effect, because the republicans want to bitch about the border, not actually do something about it. And you guys are falling for it hook line and sinker.
Fuck, you are retarded. This has NOTHING to do with Trump. This is about US and losing what we have. You want to compromise on what little we have left and we're saying fuck that. Its time we're either all or nothing and by nothing, let the shot be heard once again.

What fucking part of that escapes you?

The nothing is definitely working out well. :shaking:

Are you mildly retarded? That is exactly WTF compromising is and we have compromised most of our liberties away. Its time we say no....fuck NO! We're not giving another mother fucking inch. If that means blood is shed...so fucking be it!
How do you feel about The Patriot Act, TSA, Homeland Security Admin, No Child Left Behind, Yellowcake, the Prison Rape Elimination Act, etc.?

Politicians should be hung of them. The PA, TSA and HS along with every other alphabet agency should be done away with...including the Dept of Education. As for no child left behind, dumbing the entire class down to the lowest common denominator is fucking stupid.

That's my opinion on your question. You're welcome to make it your own. :flipoff2:

We're in agreement.

My view is that they shouldn't be here in the first place. File for asylum at an embassy in the country in which you reside.
Apparently, US law requires you to be in the US to file for amnesty. Which makes some sense. If you can go to an embassy, plead your case, and wait where you're at, then you don't need amnesty in the first place.

And yet, the Republicans funded the proxy wars anyway and got NOTHING for the border instead. Let me guess, 17-dimension chess, right?
Most of the Repugs hate Trump. All of the left hates Trump. All of the left, politicians, and Most of the Repug politicians love Central Banking. Central Banking loves War and through war, Power and Control.

Trump as a POTUS has a No New War track record. Biden appears to Love War. Who else you going to legitimately vote for that has a chance of winning?

You're right. Trump didn't start anything new. That's just about his only positive.

So far I agree with him on FISA, showerheads, and not starting new wars.

He also had a pretty effective border policy.

:lmao:

Again, you are right saying that they must be at our border to claim asylum here but that's not the way it's supoose to work. You are to go to the next country away from your country of origin and claim asylum there. Not fly around the globe and pick out the country you like best. If you have that convenience, I don't think you need asylum in the first place.

.

Also, no laws are going to change the influx of ILLEGAL migrants until the entire wall is built. Walls work and are controllable......period

Also agree with him loosening up the tax rates that allowed a lot of that off-shore parked money to come back into the economy. That did lead ultimately to inflation, but that's a standard consequence of growth, and stupid cheap money.
