Border… I didnt see this one coming

It feels like we are watching the western world implode, like people watched rome burn. :mad3:

I feel bad for my kids. I am 47 next, month, I am good. I just need to get my younger kids to adult hood and I could just say fuck it at that point. . My kids in their 20's are surviving but home ownership is a long away dream where they currently live. my younger kids i think are going to have an even tougher time.

I am trying hard to convince them all to come live on my property and lets get green houses going better and raise more livestock and food. We can still work and do jobs but just change the mentality of all of us living on our own doing our own things.

Holy hell. Maybe I misunderstood what part of the process he is in. Maybe that is what he is waiting for still. I will ask him.

He has no criminal record and came with a couple million dollars to invest in a home and business. I wouldn't peg him as loser or criminal or a leach
So because he came with a couple million dollars he should be able to buy his way in? El Chapos wife is an American citizen, he came at one time with several million dollars I guess we should give him citizenship. Lots of chinese and middle easterners come with millions of dollars too. I guess we should just give them US citizenship as well without going through the process. Just my opinion but I have reservations about foreign born (unless born to US citizens abroad) ever getting full citizenship. It sure as hell shouldnt be given to people born here to illegals or born to those just visiting, ie anchor babies or birth tourists.

I may regret it later, but right now I'm glad I don't have any kids. It's gonna take a huge fundamental shift in the way we live, which I doubt is possible, before I change my mind.

They are doing a fine job at whipping up new voters for Trump. Its obvious political persecution. That doesn’t sit well with many Americans not just Trump supporters.

This is obvious to anyone with eyes.
So are they really trying to keep him out of office?
If they were, well, just look at how they did JFK.

Well every law on the book is imposing a moral view onto someone. So by your standard we are all progressives on a spectrum.

Im not for abolishing the state or law and order. I think its the best system out there and is what we have to work with. Im sure as fuck not interested in progressing in the direction the radical left wants to go.
Cool, that's actually getting somewhere.

Imposition isn't necessarily coercive, and I'm not one to argue against the use of force in its entirety, just that initiation of coercion is always wrong. The sort of thing the antagonist in any story does. Contrary to what kindergarten teachers say, "who started it" isn't at all unimportant, it is the absolute most important detail.
Plenty of laws can be assembled to be entirely voluntary. Take immigration for example; 'unlimited' immigration is an imposition upon those who wish to limit access to their own property. How to limit it in a noncoercive way? Leave the right of refusal up to individual property owners. You don't like the british, you disallow them to be on your property, and you post a sign out front. One comes by and trespasses, this is him initiating coercion upon you, so you respond with entirely justified force in kind.
"The best system out there and what we have to work with" doesn't allow this though. You're forced to integrate with anyone and everyone, through the threat of being shot for your refusal. That makes it coercive.

I'm not against the formation of a state apparatus either, so long as it is voluntary rather than coercive.
Since the civil war there has been no right to secession from whatever is imposed upon you by the majority. This is the pivotal change. I can't take my ball and go home, my ball is no longer my ball, and my home is no longer my home, instead they're both owned entirely by DC.

His wife of many years has dual citizenship and her dad,and other family members are American.

So what? Why does that matter?

You know what I really don't care and this will be my last response to you.

Your concerned about a guy who is very traceable and above board from a country with decent records and is easy to get all the info you could want on. You got much bigger issues in your country than a Canadian, wanting to immigrate that is bringing good useable skills and isn't a leach on your system.

I dont care where hes from, Im certainly not concerned about him, in the least. He or maybe its just you is whining about having to follow the rules. If its him whining he can fuck right off back to canada. The fact that hes spent $15k on an attorney, for where he is right now in the immigration process, when hes married to a US citizen, tells me hes a complete fucking idiot.

Its a matter of a few forms filed with CIS, less than a couple grand in fees, wait a year or so to adjust to an LPR, and 5 years to be able to do your citizenship requirents. Apparently hes found an atty who will gladly take his money to let him think he can buy his citizenship faster.
