What's new

2” .156 wall Dom

When I said tank I meant the tank and valve from the tire bead blaster, they come together.

Also ordering glow in the dark golf balls:homer:
Me and the boy tried 2 of the glow in the dark ones the other night, couldn't see either shot at all, was hoping for a more tracer like effect. I shot the second one at like 40psi, still no.

I took him to that spot I took you the day after, we ended up hitting a puddle in the road about 300 is yards away, cheered like crazy. Went and got that ball and then we also found the ball that I fired mostly straight up when we went. no good way to hook the HF compressor to the inlet, so I had to use the rubber nipple shoved in the quick disconnect, still got it to 50-60 psi which is plenty.

I think they have to sit in the sun to charge up, apparently there is a UV flashlight that you can use to charge them up too.

they had some that were LED too but they were expensive for ammunition:lmao:

Well shit, maybe i should go walk behind the house tonight and see if they are out there glowing. Hell, i could be even lazier and just send the drone out.

Took a trip up to my Dad's new property, which has a range on it. Got a video of my brother shooting:

You can believe me or not but I was shooting at the 1/4" plywood sheet with targets on it. First two missed completely and my third shot:

Ram rods only differ because the 2 long enough scraps of oak I had weren't the same size:

Ran a 1/4" corner-round the length of 'em, oiled w/ boiled linseed oil & cured, then pimped out w/ red electrical tape & o-rings

Made a mark at 100 PSI so we don't have to learn Newtons or hectares or WTF-ever kPa jibber jabber:

Also, if your tire blasters didn't come with Flowmaster triggers & AutoMeter gages, you got ripped off :flipoff2:

Finally, I addressed the fact that this "weapon" has no safety mechanism once charged:

Problem solved :lmao:

Made 2 minor changes today; put a 90 on the inlet for better recharging ergonomics and ditched the spiral wrap over that blue hose chunk for a few zip ties.
