My girlfriends family does kind of a white elephant deal for Christmas where you make a list of things you might want and then somebody pick something off the list. This was from my list. So far I’m into it for zero dollars.fuck I just used 2" .120. Works pretty well. I was looking for that valve on here about 2 years ago, ended up with a butterfly and bimba cylinder on it.
You can mill a notch in the end of the barrel to accept a coarse, spring loaded file. More tension = more spin and rotating the barrel determines the direction. At the last golf tournament I was at they had a launcher, and the barrel was curved to induce backspin. The balls went so far you couldn’t see them any more.
That’s a damn good idea, I wonder if a little weld bead on the id right at the end would do the same. You can mill a notch in the end of the barrel to accept a coarse, spring loaded file. More tension = more spin and rotating the barrel determines the direction.
You want it to be adjustable! Thanks but I can't take the credit, I copied it from some old school SPFX guy. That’s a damn good idea, I wonder if a little weld bead on the id right at the end would do the same.
