Early 20's, my friend dated this chick who's dad was 100% all in on the dirt track. Husband wife and 3 kids (well 2, because she was away in college) in a 2/1 single wide. 60x80 main shop that was nice, other 30x60 shop on the opposite end of the back yard to park stuff in.
