It's amazing how many random people were able to walk around and right up to the cops and suspects and record while this was all going down. Don't think I've ever seen a heavily policed scene like that where they didn't at least attempt to keep people away.

It's either oddly similar or the same video.
I haven't researched this but I would definitely bet my lunch money it's a old video.
