Weekend Menu?

Thanks. I try to make a loaf of bread each week. The store bought stuff has so much trash in it that I've gotten to where I don't trust it. flour, water, salt and yeast....that's it. I've been looking for a good source for minimally processed flour. I'm trying hard to change my diet to eating food that my grandmother would recognize as food.
I just started doing this as well funny enough. I have an older neighbor who makes it all the time and I started buying mine from her.

I forgot to get a pic of the most excellent beer battered cod and chips GF made tonight but I did remember in time to get a pic of her scratch made cinnamon roll apple pie. It's an apple pie with a crust that tastes just like a nice warm cinnamon roll.

Got a recipe you have been using? I have to watch my sodium and store bought bread is pretty high in it. I've been toying with making my own as well.

What is that?
My spin on :

Basically potatoes/eggs/seasonings
I cut up the taters leaving skin on (wash them first).

Oil up a baking pan / preheat the oven to 400*
Layer the potatoes adding spices (paprika, vegeta, ground pepper and a pinch of cayenne)
With last layer done I add more olive oil - grab a spoon and mix it all well.

Baking pan gets covered up with aluminum foil - I punch in a couple vent holes

In the oven for 45min.

After I take it out to check on taters / remove the foil sheet.

Bake for another 20ish min.
Last ten minutes I add scrambled eggs poured over the top.

(4 eggs, some milk, seasoned once scrambled)
