Yea, we’re known for sea fury’s, but we’re rebuilding a F7F and a Corsair from the ground up right now.

Love the F7F's, got to see two of them in formation at oshkosh a few years ago, along with a wildcat, hellcat, bearcat, tigercat flight.

I think I saw one of the sea fury’s at the Rancho Murieta airport a few years ago. The sound of the engine got my attention :smokin:

Any connection with Dennis Sanders ? I knew he and his wife from the HOA (casually)

Yup, Dennis owns the place.

A few random ones from the last few years. I need to upload some of the videos of the TBM's all at WOT to YouTube next.

Spent the weekend in Hood River, OR at the WAAAM fly-in. Highly recommend visiting the place if you're ever in the area. It's a good mix of vintage aircraft and automotive, with a bunch of other historical stuff mixed in.

Edit:
Its real big. Like makes a dc3 look tiny. The flight deck is super cool, and because Howard Hughes was a weirdo it's all just like it was in 1947. All the test equipment is still inside. All the instruments are still there. Ah the stuff that tends to go missing in old aircraft. Oddly the apus had hundreds of hours on them.

Nice PT-17 Stearman stopping in. My Granddad learned how to fly in one of these.

I did quite a bit of work on this one and got a couple rides in it before it went in wheels up.

I worked for John on and off for over 10 years. He was the definition of adventurer. Even into his 90' he'd say fuck it, hop in his model T and drive halfway across the country.
