UK Meme Police Threaten U.S. Citizens With Jail

a very bad one that shouldn't be done

the epitome of "four times the work for half the result, if even that"
Why is it bad? That's the point. Do what makes sense to you at the time, adjust as it goes. It could be different in any number of ways if you wanted

Fuckall, in 20 years you may be a bank manager living in a 5th floor condo in Florida. It's just whatever.

Or marry rich and do whatever comes with that

I know some of you don't want to hear this but 486 isn't necessarily wrong in what he is saying and brings up some very good points.

The government didn't create our problems, we ultimately let them and cheered about it. Imagine how different this country would be right now if we and the generations before us would have told the government "fuck no!"......

Very few of US allowed it to grow to what it is. Our parents, grandparents etc sure but most of os have been voting against growth at every chance.

The only way I can see a WE being extrapolated is by us paying taxes.

We are just as complicit as they were, government hasn't grown leaps and bounds since your/our childhood?
It has but how did I allow it? If I voted for the Patriot act or any of the other 500 bullshit laws or those that passed them, then sure, I guess I could share some shred of the blame but I did not so I will not be taking any of the blame. :homer:

He's pretty much right, and when I woke up to the matrix, I acted very similarly and would tell everybody how bad we were all getting fucked

It didn't go over very well. I had to dial back my pitch, lead by example, slowly roll out my conspiracy theories.

I'll post my wins and my losses.

We haven't done anything to reverse any of these bad decisions we let the government make either, so are we any less guilty? I'm in the same boat so don't think I'm just pointing fingers with a holier than thou attitude.

Pot is mostly legal, constitutional carry is a majority state position again, in theory the alphabet soup can't make up rules anymore.

That's 3 wins to tradeoff for the continued patriot act, health insurance reduction act whatever it is called, and an open war on "the environment"

 certainly not a net positive, but there is some positive in there

By not resisting. I’m not going to detail the shit I do to make government waste resources that could have otherwise been spent subjugating us all but I assure you that while not being ungovernable I’m a heck of a lot more expensive to govern than some law abiding citizen who just takes it.

That just means you're passive aggressive, thats not resisting. Its giving up and being content with the way things are.

You can view it that way. But that puts you right up there with the people (I'm being real fucking charitable with that word) who chest thump about being law abiding and then tell anyone who complains that the laws are bullshit to get off the porch with a side order of Liberal word-redefining shenanigans.

Money/wealth and political capital are fungible. Anything that causes them to piss it away for nothing helps.

Well i am sorry i didnt resist the patriot act and its like when they passed... I mean I was 6 but im sure the govt would have trembled in fear. Which is what you and slow and a few others aren't getting. We didn't do shit because we couldn't do shit. I actively resist now but before 18 you have jack shit say in things.

You can still do what you can now. Use encrypted messaging apps. Do business face to face. Etc. Etc. You don't gotta make it easy for them.

In the last 30 years they have taking more of our rights than the previous 30 years. So yes, WE did not get off the porch and shut the shit down.

that is chilling and disguisting at the same time. This is what the dems want to bring here.

I would assume that vpn sales are going through the roof over there along with duplicate facebook accounts. I would love to see a major boycott of facebook. Hit them where it hurts.
nothing new... 1930's germany repeating itself...
