look at Reality Income ticker O, pays .26 a month, invested in retail spaces like home depot and tractor supply

Odd I just looked them up and it looks like the payout is monthly? Looks higher risk which isn’t a huge concern (I’m in a few similar stocks in other areas) but I wouldn’t dump 10k into them either.

I look at performance over time and.who is managing and what they're doing and where
 
I was way down for the whole month, I got it all back and picked up 4K. If I stayed in it would have been close to 40k. I need a crystal ball damn it. Still a win is a win.

Always shoulda woulda coulda. Like then PD.to went from $24 (my average cost) to +$100 and I sold at $70 😆

Congrats on your win! $4000 USD is way more than a months wages for me!

EPD - pipeline company, has a 7.4% dividend. Altria and Phillip morris are good ones as well.

None of those are real estate or monthly but pay a nice dividend which you should be reinvesting anyway to compound it, so monthly shouldn't really matter:flipoff2:
 
I have a small position in MO. I have a large position in Enbridge but will check out that US company EPD.

Monthly or quarterly doesn’t really matter but I like seeing that little nest egg grow 😆
 
i jumped in F yesterday at 11.05, sold off at lunch today at 11.24. I made a nice hit, sitting in cash waiting for the next thing that trips my tigger.
Anyone recommend a stock service that keeps you cash for a shorter peroid of time before they say it is setteled?

I'm still watching BA. A front wheel fell off a plane while taxiing yesterday, LOL. Stock down big again today.
 
I bought a big chunk of META at $328 a while back. It is soaring today after reporting the best quarter in the company's history yesterday. I wish I had bought more.
 
you're at 40% return on that. very nice. I'd be tempted to take that before the hype jump dies back down
 
i jumped into slb and got greedy. i could have picked up 3k twice this week. now i am down a bit. but its not going anywhere.

That's a thing? Like you make a trade then have to wait for them to give you your money from that trade?
I use Interactive Brokers and it is instant. Their desktop is a little better than their app but I haven't put in the time to learn their app really. Quite happy with them.

if i go all in and then sell it all, they hold it for usally a day and a half saying it is not settled money. it shows in my fidelity account as available to trade but if i buy something before it is considered settled money the hit me with a little bitch note.

Today is a shit kicking for me… the only green in my portfolio today is Snap-On…. The rest are all bleeding out. Enbridge specifically
