Hmm, that picture with the Iowa State shirt is better than the others by a long way, the rest of them tell me she is going to be a HOG in about 5 years.

All that being said, she is hot enough in that picture to mitigate her crimes. Verdict: not a monster but if she was caught in 2030 it might be a different story.
 
I know a teacher that was caught up in something like this.

She had a student that had some mental health shit going on.

So kid claims she did inappropriate shit with the him.
(the kid had a history of lying, shit talk, and making up events).
There was no evidence of what the kid said happening.

She loses her job, her teaching certificate and is charged... Picture in the paper.. whole 9 yards.
There was a real chance she was going to jail over it.

District attorney comes in with a deal.... Sign the paper, say you did it and you never spend another day in jail. We put you on some BS probation and you go on with the rest of your life. OR, we break you financially with lawyers fees fighting it, and there is a real chance you will spend some time in jail and possibly prison.

The lady signs the papers.

So from a legal standpoint, and a reporter stand point, she "admitted to an inappropriate relationship".

Now when there are pictures and text messages, that's one thing. But when you have a kid running its mouth who grabbed dumb shit she posted on instagram... That's something different.





Know another guy (not a teacher) who had the same thing happen. Live in Girlfriends daughter, kid makes accusation, DA... take the deal or go to prison... Signs the deal. (and he's on a registry for life).

Now both of these people may be guilty, but I know both of them and I truly don't believe they are.

All I'm saying is 2 things.
1. Be careful, because kids lie to get what they want, (and that may only be attention).
2. If they don't have pictures and text messages... I am pretty skeptical, (even when they signed a deal "admitting" it)

We have had 2 here locally in the last couple of months. Both Male Middle school athletic coaches in their 20's (Girls Basketball, Co-Ed Wrestling), both got busted for sending nude pics to students, both claiming it was "on accident".

Why had a guy here who was falsely accused. He fought it and won a nice settlement.
