Update: they cancelled my order for some reason. So I ended up ordering an Otter 3D scanner, which was a toss up based on what I could find.

What kind of mounts work worth these? I have air bumps on one of my rigs, but they're the smooth body style with tube sleeve style mounts. I've never used the threaded bodies like these. Tempted to order for my other rig instead of duct taping the factory bumps back on.

Read the install instructions. Its a threaded tube that you are supposed to french into a jt frame.

Based on my past fucked up experiences with quadratec they wont honor it. I dont like quadratec..
 
I ordered a Midland radio from Quadratec on Oct 11th, only because I had an $80 credit from one of their passed F-ups. I messaged them on the 28th after never getting a shipping notification. Message person said they couldn't help, that I needed to call. I called, lady couldn't help, needed a manager, took my number and said they'd call me back. Never got a call. However they did next day drop ship one direct from Midland on the 30th and I got the radio yesterday, 31st.

Don't know what happened or why, they did get me a radio, but it took a while and I had to rattle some trees to get it.

Pretty typical of my experience with them over the past couple years. Their technical support is like the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, different answers from whoever answers the phone. That's how I wound up with the credit.
 
Pretty much every weekend there is some "special" going on at HF. Guess it is the replacement for always having the 15~20~25% coupons.

15% isn't great unless you have some higher dollar item that never goes on sale, has a coupon, or has exclusions.

and she said that they should come with everything to mount them

also mentioned that quadratec may show out of stock but they are shipped from fox and they don't know how many they have
that is why my order shows in shipping 3rd party, the 3rd party is fox

planning on using it for the 27" tool chest to replay my 42" top box. Have decided I'd rather gradually grow my storage with small boxes for the ability to change the layout, vs one giant box. Aside from breaker bars/torque wrenches I don't have many long length tools

i didn't pull the trigger when they had the 20% and couldn't get to the store on that 1-day sale when it was waay cheap. Figuring getting it in my hand has value vs waiting 2 months to save $20. I'll buy another if that 1-day sale price comes again

decent price on the 3/8 ratchet/screwdriver set. doubt you find it much cheaper, I think i paid $99 4+ years ago during the xmas sales

believe we talked it earlier in this thread. neither will win the power output contest, but both are perfect for what they are. I use the damn screwdriver more than the 1/2" Fuel drill, impact, or 3/8 drill. its lighter and just handy, and i thought i'd shove it in a corner when i bought it
