Songs that hit you in the feels

For some reason I'm not getting any sound out of videos on here, anybody elase haveing that problem?

I enjoy this song from Shinedown but wife can't get halfway thru the video/song before she has the allergies. "That's my life she said"

gonna put this here for good feels. heard this song come on the radio randomly and brought the feels on big time.

Nahmus's dumb story:
when i was 15 i bought a 1969 camaro (1982) at a garage sale. didn't run but i thought it was cool. guy wanted 800 for it. my dad lent me 150 to buy it and got it towed to the house. He figured i'd learn about cars by fixing it up. At the time i was working at an Amoco gas station with 2 mechanics bays and Performance Centers of America (ny,nj,ct speed shop) fast forward to Sr year in HS and i'm driving an 11 sec track car as a daily driver. Had a bunch of motor head friends. Did A LOT of stupid street racing from Newark to Hylan blvd in Staten Island. This cassette always seemed to be in the tape player and this song reminds me of being at the Windmill at 3-4am in the summer just hanging with the boys after a night of stupidity.

The Bruce song I remembered because of the Van Halen song. Man we thought we were so cool back then.

I was building my bluetooth PA speaker when we found my dad was terminal.
I don't listen to this type of country but it was on a playlist of my sons that I was using to make sure it sounded good on all genres.
Several times this one gave me the water works and just singing the hook in my head bums me out. :rainbow:

Just for some very personal reasons. My wife to be and I started living together after she stopped in to visit me in Tyler while on her way to her folks house in Belton. I brought home a dozen roses for her a couple of times a week and she thought I was just about the best thing ever before she learned you could buy Tyler roses on the street corner for a dollar a dozen anywhere in town. I really miss those times and I really miss her.

If this hasn't been posted before, I'm posting it again. When I was a kid my dad used to take me down to the base when USN ships pulled in and we would watch them moor up. Newport, RI.

Hero by Sturgill Simpson. It came on while I was driving across New Mexico towards TN after my grandpas funeral.
Had to pull over and cry about it.

First time I heard this it made me fear the possibility of losing my wife. Been together 30 years, married 27. She is 9 years older than me.

I hope I go first...

This could've easily been written about a good college buddy who drank himself to death a few years ago before his 40th birthday

The self realization of the inevitable outcome of one of my favorite musicians

Reminds me of 8th grade and a childhood crush, not to mention the actual song itself

One of the largely forgotten great songs of the 90s that takes me back to that period of late childhood/early adulthood and smoking a whole lotta fucking weed and just being happy without a care in the world.
