Sand Hollow 2020

Is this a trip you guys do yearly? We r currently at the begining of planing a sand hollow and havasue trip for the first 2 weeks of oct next year. Probably 6-8 well sorted out east coast jeeps and buggies.

We may want to find a group that is familiar with the area to meet up with.

I know both places and would rather wheel than work

It is the first time I had seen it in person, but I thought the whole idea of "trail" breaker was to open a new trail. Wasn't Ironman the trail they made in the 2016 trail breaker? If it is just a comp course, then what is the point of having a "trail breaker" event separate from the Super Crawl competition?
I don’t know. Maybe ask Rich. He puts the coarse together each year. It’s gotta be where spectators can access or there isn’t really much reason to put on the event. Ten guys invited, no big money prize. Just bragging rights. I think it’s a pretty cool idea born in his head. He’s a nice guy if you get to meet him.

Do it for sure. The trails are all in a pretty small area geographically. Find some rigs that look as built as yours and follow along or register for trails and go with a group.

Yep, yearly... been going since the first Trail Hero.

I would suggest going a week early then letting your second week be the event week. You do that and I might just see you there... I’m still a bit bummed that I missed Pyleit..
