"We are taking a very serious look at making sure that the people that have corrupted our fair and free democracy do not end up in office," she said on an episode of the "Impact Theory" podcast posted Tuesday.

The entrepreneur and attorney admitted there are two paths for the RFK campaign to go down, one being to stay in the race and create more legitimacy for independent presidential candidates, or to suspend its run and endorse Trump, which could give him the lift he needs to beat Harris in November.

"Is the risk of a Harris-Walz presidency worth us staying in?" she asked podcast host Tom Bilyeu.

The tech entrepreneur discussed claims that Kennedy Jr. is a "spoiler candidate," telling the host that she put "tens of millions of dollars" into the campaign to win the presidency. "We didn’t want to be a spoiler. We wanted to win. We wanted a fair shot."

However, she accused the DNC of sabotage.

"They have banned us, shadow-banned us, kept us off stages, manipulated polls, used lawfare against us, sued us in every possible state, they’ve even planted insiders into our campaign to disrupt it and to create actual legal issues for us," she said.

"There’s two options that we’re looking at and one is staying in, forming that new party, but we run the risk of a Kamala Harris and Walz presidency because we draw votes from Trump, we draw somehow more votes from Trump. Or we walk away right now and join forces with Donald Trump and, you know, we walk away from that and explain to our base why we’re making this decision," she said.

"Not an easy decision," Shanahan added.

The Washington Post reported earlier this month that Kennedy Jr. reached out to Harris' team to discuss the possibility of working inside a future Cabinet. However, the candidate denied the report during a recent livestream town hall event.

"That's fake news," he said last week, adding, "I didn't ask Kamala Harris for a Cabinet position, but I've reached out to all the candidates. I've met with some."

Shanahan denied the report during the podcast as well, stating, "Those are the MSN [mainstream news] just taking something and spinning in a way that makes, you know, their chosen political group look good. Fake news."

The Harris campaign did not immediately reply to Fox News Digital's requests for comment. When asked for comment, the Trump campaign mentioned the former President's interview on Tuesday with CNN in which he called Kennedy Jr. "a very smart guy."

Running the FDA would be a good fit for him and a large part of his platform is reforming the FDA anyway.

Them dropping out doesn't surprise me at all, but going on national news and saying you may do it specifically to endorse Trump and keep Harris out is pretty unexpected. Kennedy hasn't exactly been supportive of Trump.

If Trump was smart, he would be offering him a cabinet position or something as suggested.

I mean at this point-no I don't really believe the polls entirely, but do believe in the Dems ability to steal-the most important thing is not allowing Kameltoe to win.

Well, I mean Nicole Shanahan was basically a useful idiot with really deep pockets to fund a campaign. Now the once useful idiot is saying uselessly idiotic shit.

Eh, the reasoning is pretty solid. Like she said, she invested for the win but the DNC went way out of their way to make sure he had zero shot at their ticket and then again to make sure he couldn't end up on the ballot in several states. There's really no point in staying in now that they won't appear on the ballot in some key states.

What I mean is saying that you're having these ponderings publicly serves no strategical purpose. You're tanking your leverage.

That or Attorney General

No, this time Trump needs a “wing man” in this position. Every other president has someone completely under their thumb. That was two of Trumps biggest mistakes in his first term.

This is strange. Me thinks it maybe a done deal and this is a way to stretch it out in the news.

Sure, unless they've already worked everything out and this is intentional to make the Harris campaign react.

RFK is already in, and choosing his office.

Shanahan knows she was nothing but a token and a checkbook and is grabbing at her last 15 minutes of fame.

I could definitely see this being the case. Trump is super butthurt he doesn't get to run against Biden after spending the entire RNC running against Biden. I could definitely see them orchestrating RFK Jr. dropping out and joining ranks with him right after the DNC to change the news cycle.

That was just wild speculation on my part. RFK jnr. has said he believes the CIA killed his uncle. And hid dad was the AG. His dad was like a dog onna bone pursuing those he thought needed it. And murdered also. Revenge served cold ya'know.

You guys do realize a week ago kennedy was ready to endorse harris if she'd give him a cabinet position?

He immediately denied that. I honestly seriously doubt it. One, because he's dead to the Democrats. Once you step out of line you're dead to them. Two, he's rightly very pissed at the Democrats. He's a lifelong Democrat. He wanted to run as a Democrat. The Democrats just don't have much interest in democratic processes these days so he was forced to run as an independent.

They didn't just spite him as a potential nominee, they buried him in legal fees when he launched his own campaign. They've gone way, way out of their way to keep him off ballots.

I've been thinking for a long time that this might happen, I can't see any downside for President Trump if this comes to fruition.

It's all upside. IMO, Trump has fucked up and forgotten that all of his support came from being a giant middle finger to the establishment. Now he's basically conceding the change candidate to ironically the sitting VP labeling her as fringe and radical and not war hawky enough for Israel.

I'm glad to have his support, because Trump needs all the help he can get.

BUT, don't lose sight of who he is. He was right on 3 issues, and he's wrong on almost everything else.

And the 3 issues he's right on are issues everyone should agree dem or repub. Covid policy is BAD, Ukraine is a corrupt cesspool, and the border is joke. None of that should be considered controversial.

But he's an environmental lawyer who would support a gun ban. One could conclude he will likely be very PRO EPA, and ATF.

Trump needs him, but at the same time... fuck him. Get as much as you can get, and give as little as possible.
