Somehow previous owner disabled seat belt chime in my truck, I didn't think that was a foreskin option, otherwise I don't know how he did it.All you titty babies need to man up and get Forscan and get control of your property, y'all are letting Joe Biden tune your trucks
even up to 24 it’s easy to disable the seatbelt chime with just the owners manual in the glove box. I did it to this one right off the bat. Did it to both 2019’s. I always disable seatbelt dingersSomehow previous owner disabled seat belt chime in my truck, I didn't think that was a foreskin option, otherwise I don't know how he did it.
Oh, that's news to me. I thought it was some law or shit mandating it.even up to 24 it’s easy to disable the seatbelt chime with just the owners manual in the glove box. I did it to this one right off the bat. Did it to both 2019’s. I always disable seatbelt dingers
No you can turn it off. You can also make it so the doors don’t lock automatically when you put it in gear.Oh, that's news to me. I thought it was some law or shit mandating it.
I can see how both would be useful for someone like you in your line of workNo you can turn it off. You can also make it so the doors don’t lock automatically when you put it in gear.
The doors wouldn’t be the problem if it were for the tailgate being connected. My tailgate being locked locks me out of my toolboxes.I can see how both would be useful for someone like you in your line of work
In my work truck, if I’m coming to a stop it’s extremely likely that I need something out of a toolbox. I almost never turn the truck off so it pisses me off to grab the handle and the tailgate won’t opentailgate locks piss me off
Can you take it apart and throw a ziptie on a plunger or something so that the lock can't engage? In my work truck, if I’m coming to a stop it’s extremely likely that I need something out of a toolbox. Screw Bob, break open the box.On a job and need some tools. Bobs truck is closest so hike down to that rig. Fucking tailgate is locked. So now you gotta go hunt down a cat an get the keys from bob.
Or just unplug the lock motor? Can you take it apart and throw a zipte on a plunger or something so that the lock can't engage?
Seems like it'd save you the time you spent on it within a week.
I figure the computer is more likely to throw a shit fit that way.Or just unplug the lock motor?
It’s not easy to take open these new tailgates. It’s not like the OBS ones that have a huge access panel to unbolt. Everything goes in from the sides. And even the poverty models have a back up camera which I’m a huge fan of.
Right. And I don’t live or spend time in a big city with scary weirdos that make want the doors locked. I work so remotely I go days without seeing a single person out here. When I lived in Colorado I didn’t lock the truck at night and I left the keys in it so it almost literally never need to be locked. You also just said that you disabled auto lock
That's the first thing I do on work trucks, I hate the auto lock and having to hit the key fob twice to get into any other door than the driver.
Helps that it's not your truck.Right. And I don’t live or spend time in a big city with scary weirdos that make want the doors locked. I do it to my own personal stuff too. One time I hadn’t moved the Centurion for about 3 months. When I needed to move it I couldn’t find the keys. Finally thought to go look and sure enough, keys were in the cup holder.Helps that it's not your truck.
It’s not a race car and I can’t do fun stuff with it. 😒Jrx how the fuck do you deal with this nanny shit?
I hold down the traction control button to turn off advancetrac and it still does this shit. I put it in 2nd manual to try and powerbrake and cut some donuts…picture taken with foot still on floor
I figure the computer is more likely to throw a shit fit that way.
I know. I just piss and moan like an impotent jerk.Fuckin faggotry
