I have a Clayton 4 link setup the lower links drag on everything. I want to move the lower frame links up on the outside of the frame I just haven’t seen it done. Is this an issue

Would be easier to build a slope on the leading edge of those rear links and the trailing edge of the bottom front links. At least you'll maintain your geometry.
The links are already rather close in that setup. Raising the frame end of the lower links is going to be getting into radius anti behavior pretty quick.
Adding a slope to the mount as mentioned above is a much better solution.
I am going to stretch the rear 4 inches. And redo the brackets I plan on moving the upper triangulated brackets up to maintain the geometry. Or another way ic to start from scratch and do double triangulated
