Heavy Duty Transmission Output Seal
Since 1994 we have been including brand new replacement transmission output seals with every single dual case or low range geared Crawler that has gone out our door. If you’ve got your transfer case…

Just curious, what is the outer diameter of that seal? I would have loved to use that instead of the SKF seal when I rebuilt my tcases.
Trans went back together and the dual, 23 spline, 2.28 gear, RF1A transfer cases are installed.

Going Good. I am putting in a new U-bolt Flip Kit up front today. The spring plates get an air bump strike pad added.

The 2024 Ultra4 Nationals Race didn't go well for us 
. We had no issues during pre-running and the course was awesome. I rolled the truck trying to drift a corner during qualifying. The truck landed back on its wheels, I was able to get it started and finish qualifying lap. Back in the pits we got everything some what straightened out and did some test drives without any issues. We prepped the car for the main race and called it a day. Saturday morning we got the truck lined up and started working our way to the start line. One car at a time was getting the green flag in 1 minute intervals. When we were about 4 cars from the start fuel pump #1 starting getting really loud a and the engine started shutting off. I switched to fuel pump #2 which worked till we got to the start line. We were able to limp through the start line and off to the side of the race course. Then the radiator fan started rubbing the shroud and smoking. We shut everything off, discussed our options and came to the decision to call it a day and go help out in the pits. Overall it was still a good time and a great season. Now it's time for KOH teardown! Its was also super cool meeting SLOWPOKE693 and big congratulations to JR4X for putting the Bronco on the top of the box!

Sucks to read about issues right before the green flag dropped, but probably a good call to just call it a day vs being a possible trail plug later on.
