Power Wagon Crawler

Been busy and no time to go wheeling but have put about 1200 miles on the street just driving whenever I get a chance.I love it so far but gets lots of attention and so far haven’t been pulled over by an officer.I don’t think I would change a thing for street driving but as I said haven’t wheeled it yet.

So cool. Some questions if you don't mind.
What engine management system are you using?
What radiator and fan combo is that?
What temps are you seeing driving around and idling?

I wouldn't have guessed in a million years that Jersey would allow that on a public roadway. I thought they were one of the pretty restrictive states on the east coast for vehicle mods....or is it different for a custom one off?

holley managment, spal fan and amazon rad, oddly it runs cooler at slow speed as I belive it creates a low pressure area behind the cab and cavitates the fan,it ran at 190-195 most of the summer around town.A couple times it did go over 200 and I pulled over and let it idle and came right down.Ive built a couple other rear rad cars and never had this happen so thats my best guess.

I cant belive it either, especialy the insurance company when I sent the pics for classic car insurance. And yes Jersey used to be horrible for modified vehicles.

Did anyone notice no window crank on the door? converted to one pc glass and power windows. The vent windows gave a bad blind spot so they had to go.

Very happy for you!

Thanks for the info really appreciate it as I fight with my 2nd attempt at a rear radiator setup. Are you using a stock water pump?

Thing looks bitchin! Cool to see you’re in NJ too. What part of the state are you in? I’d love to see this thing in person at a car show or something.

Looking good!

What did you use for window tracks and such?

Start from scratch? Find a donor for tracks and felts?

Jealous of those link angles....but I guess with 47's that's a little easier to achieve.

Can't wait to see how it does on the trail for ya!

Nope. There's enough cool shit going on that I didn't look at the window:laughing:

Exactly. window cranks are #5952856 on the list of "that's fucking cool". I thought I was doing good noticing the windshield AC. There's just so much cool stuff snuck into this build.
