First three were from yesterday, Wyoming I80 between Rock Springs and Evanston, Utah around Echo Reservoir, also Utah - I15SB on the way to Vegas.

Unloaded this morning and deadheaded home with bosses blessing.

Look at that nice clean rental truck vs my salt covered coast to coast rig:laughing:

Why do you not get them in the field where the mess is no big deal?
We used to years ago. I have a commercial walk in cooler to the left of the photo we store the meat in ice chest in. It’s easier doing it this way and they don’t set out in the field after being shot very long anyway.
 
If you have a walk in cooler, why are you still using ice chests?
Helps keep the meat from drying out.

Some people here process their own deer but I don’t. But because of CWD in Missouri, most processors want it deboned first. So I debone mine for the place I take it to

A bit rusty, don't play much anymore but it still just as much fun as when I first picked up a guitar in '94...
