Last time I had a car on the mini-lift I noticed the slab had cracked and the lift was leaning. 
Removed lift tonight. Sucks, but better than death. Having the space back is nice.
We're planning a patio pour next spring so I have been budgeting to have a portion of this slab cut out and replaced with known, appropriate thickness/psi/rebar. Now I'm thinking maybe I'll just pour a new slab outside that can handle a big boy lift in the future. Floor drain. Eventual shop extension. I don't use the lift often. Having it outside wont likely be the end of the world.
