Well, it is a rental so there is that. How much sq ft is the house? Three or four bedroom? Just curious what $2,500 rental gets you. What area is it in?Glue down (easier to replace damaged planks)….. remember the green glue in the kitchen you commented on…..

Got sheet metal on three sides on one blind (used sheet metal from one of our buildings in New Orleans) I hate to say this but… I’m not going to get these blinds done in time for this deer season. Really sucks too as I’ve spent so much of my time pushing to get them done. But work / life requires attention which is priority over these.

Awesome.Went to the local meat market to get tritip this morning. Came home with a 100 day dry aged T-bone….and a tritip.
It’s also getting into fire pit season, so I looked around at what I had on hand, and 60’ of 1-1/8”x3/16 flat stock and some 5/15 bar, and I whipped up a cooking grate for it.
Now you just need an overly complicated rotating parallel linkage ratcheting height adjustment mechanism.
