What's new

Oreos suck now?

Get the Canadian Oreos.

Unfortunately this. Whatever they did, they didn't do it to them in Canada. Wasn't just Oreos, but a bunch of processed stuff like that. Like breakfast cereals are mostly terrible now. Iirc it's something they did with food dyes a few years ago.

Ever since they did that, my body rejects cereal. I can't stomach it anymore. It's all cereals too, not just some. Gives me a bad stomach ache, and the mud butt... no fun

Yeah same. Only difference between the 'adult' and 'kids' cereals is how colorful that shit ends up in the toilet. It's not a next day thing either, it's within a few minutes I've got to run to a toilet.

It's definitely not a lactose thing as I've gotten older either. I drink milk regularly and don't have a problem at all unless I eat stuff like cereal, pre-cooked cookies, ect.

...told me that those dark cookies were made from all the scrapings from everything they made with a lot of caramel color added.

We did the same but it was old cakes, cookies, pastries, coffee rings, etc.. I can't recall the recipe or what it was called, but it was similar to "crunchies."

Only the bread, rolls, loaves, etc was tossed but were popular so no loss-

I'm lactose intolerant, like the bad kind... where my wife will walk into the bathroom to check on me after hearing a loud bang, and bashes me in the head with the door because I'm passed out and fell off the toilet. That's only happened twice:laughing:Once was in front of several nurses... probably the most embarrassing moment of my life:eek:
The cereal thing is a bummer too though, that was always my go to snack before bed, bowl of cereal in whatever color was available. Now it just makes me sick, same as you too, within minutes of eating it I'm sick.

As long as we still had steak on Saturday night ,I could live on milk and cereal. Probably my favorite "meal".

Side note, I bought these this weekend and they're fucking good. Taste like smores.

Whole milk mf'r :flipoff2:

What's funny is I have a buddy from Santa rosa who only drinks that Cloverdale or whatever milk that's like $7/gallon. I always have to give him shit about being milk snob. Or say sorry all we have is peasants milk.

guilty

i have organic clover milk in my fridge

I met a millright that works in the cookie plant by me. He was told all the oreo’s will be made in Mexico by the end of the year. The NJ plant was the last one in the US.

Not really a processed food fan by conscious choice. If my taste buds had more of a say I’d eat nothing but. Found pistachio Oreos on the way to KOH last year. Couldn’t put them down.

All we buy for our house are Clover products. Mainly because my BIL works for them, but I also know a bunch of the ranchers where they get their milk.

And because I can afford it peasant:flipoff2:

ALL of our milk is hormone free...we don't want your butt hurt milk.

thankfully people in america still have some freedoms, like the freedom to buy milk with hormones if thats what you want

sounds cool that you guys banned yet another thing :lmao:

fwiw my milk is organic and tastes way better than your cold cow milk :flipoff2:

Good, cereal is trash. Possibly the worst food offered to the American public. Now it just can't be hidden.

After living where processed foods are to common and way over priced I basically cut them out. Real foods are the way to go. I am not a big milk person but if I drink it it’s whole milk or nothing. I do add half and half to my eggs before scrabbling them. Lyme disease changed my pallet a lot. I crave real foods and lost most all my taste for processed foods.
