Got him on any meds? My old bear got this way around 10-11. Got her to the vet and got her on some meds/chews and got a solid 5 more years out of her with a very high quality of life. Went from crying at the bottom of 3 steps at my old house to having no trouble at my 3 story house we moved to. 14 in this pic and walked a whole clay shooting competition with me spread out over two neighboring farms.I can see this thread having the most "likes" of any/all threads on irate!
My old dog Scout. He is 10 today. He is my ride or die buddy. He knows all my dark secrets and unlike that traitor golden giving away the bean recipe, my old boy has kept it all to himself. He lays around a lot anymore, has a hard time getting up sometimes. Dreading the day, but enjoying him all I can for now.

I have him on dasuquin joint pills and science diet jd, old dog joint food. What are you giving her?

I have those dammed things running around my property eating everything they can find. Along with a fawking peacock. The chicks are fine but the peacocks are a nope, I chase that fawker off. My neighbor had a bunch of them and they got on the hood of my buddies truck scratching the crap out of it then up on my house roof. After they paid for the truck damage they kept them in a pen but now one white one comes tooling around last few days.

I've got these guys inside, and a whole bunch of coops outside. Wife does poultry product advertising so they are famous little chickens.

Ballsy post. What with so many bird dogs in this thread.
Youngest son got chickens from FFA or something like that way back when. Had some that laid colored eggs. Whatever that breed is, can’t remember the name.

Everybody loves pets, or should. There's some seriously funny pics in this thread.I can see this thread having the most "likes" of any/all threads on irate!
We have our indoor pets, the cats and a Mediterranean Gecko that we see occasionally, but outside it's two horses, two chickens, 5 or 6 rabbits, and then there's the wildlife, gambles quall, desert cottontails, Harris Hawks, Coopers Hawks, Great Horned Owls, Lovebird parrots, doves, grackles, King snakes, rattle snakes, coyotes, Bobcat, etc. It's pretty awesome to just sit on the patio at dawn or dusk.

This is Barth. Wife rescued him from some bad conditions where he got frostbite that took his feet and lower legs. He was so smart, friendly, and bonded to us. I miss him, he died a few months back.
