4.5 looked goofy so I rusted a old set of 6 kc's,tinted the glass yellow and made gold mesh from chicken wire.

I used vinegar,salt and hydrogen peroxide. Shit got hot and bubbly rusting good in about ten minutes. Tried today and it did almost nothing. Put more peroxide in and it started working again.

You can buy stick on lens film,just don’t wet it like tint. Some tinted bulbs you can just buy.
Works nice to keep the bright white leds from killing your eyes.

So I bought a new converter but after measuring I don't think it will solve this problem. This particular 5.3 and 700r4 is tight making the converter almost bottom out. This trans on my beat to death 5.3 has more room. Never seen this nor do I know how to fix it.

Didn't want the tranny shop swapping my good internals for shitty ones so I had to break it down myself. Turned out to just be a bad converter and not necessary. I did get to look at my pump housings and clutches so I know it's in reasonable shape still.

A little disappointed by about 200 pounds but it is all steel wheels,skids with no modern aluminum savings.

I agree. Down bars to the rear shock hoops and some horizontal bars from the A pillar bar to the front shock hoops would look killer
